round, with expressive rough tannins, perfectly balanced acids; the notes of dried cherries, balsamic, spices and suede with a prolonged velvety finish are clearly felt.
This wine is so all-sufficient that can become a digestif accompanied with a cheese platter or be recommended to such main course dishes as beef steak, saddle of mutton, Beef bourguignon, char-grilled meat with berry sauce.
